1/2 | cup | vegetable oil | |

1/3 | cup | packed brown sugar | |

3 | cup | old fashioned oats | |

3 | teaspoons | baking powder | |

1 | teaspoon | salt | |

3/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |

1/3 | cup | flaked coconut | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | raisins | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | semisweet chocolate chips | |
|
In a bowl, combine eggs, oil and brown sugar. Combine the oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; add to egg mixture, stirring just until moistened. Stir in the coconut, raisins and chocolate chips. Spoon into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
