A vitamin packed alternative to bottled soft drinks

3/4 | cup | frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed | |

2 1/2 | cups | carbonated water or tonic water, chilled | |

Ice cubes | |||

Orange or grapefruit slices, quartered (optional) | |||
|
Pour thawed orange juice concentrate into a pitcher. Gently stir in the chilled carbonated or tonic water. To serve, pour over ice cubes in glasses. If desired, garnish glasses with orange or grapefruit slices. Serve at once.
