2 | pounds | lean ground beef or lean ground turkey breast | |

2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce | |

|||
4 | teaspoons | Creole seasoning, divided | |
|
|||
8 | slices | provolone cheese | |
|
|||
1 | can | (14.5 ounce) fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained | |
|
|||
1 | clove | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | dried oregano | |
|
|||
8 | toasted hamburger buns | ||

Spray cold grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill.
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, Worcestershire sauce and 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning. Shape mixture into 8 patties.
Grill burgers about 6 minutes on each side or until completely done. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of each burger just before removing from the grill.
While the burgers are cooking, place the tomatoes, remaining Creole seasoning and garlic in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Place burgers on buns and spoon on the creole tomatoes.
