Place chicken, breast side up, on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Brush chicken with 1/4 cup dressing. Roast, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 1- 1/2 hours, basting twice with remaining salad dressing. Chicken is done when internal juices run clear.
