3 | cups | (48 squares) graham crackers, crushed* | |

1 1/2 | cups | whole wheat flour | |

2 | cups | (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips, divided | |

4 | cups | (10.5 ounce) miniature marshmallows | |
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Line a 15 x 10 inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl cream butter and brown sugar.
*Combine cracker crumbs and flour; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
Press into prepared baking pan. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Immediately sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips and marshmallows evenly over baked graham cracker mixture. Top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
*Place graham crackers in a one gallon size sealable plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the crackers. Add the flour and combine with crackers before adding to the creamed mixture.
