1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |

1 | pkg. | (1.8 oz.) leek soup and recipe mix | |

|||
2 | tablespoons | Pillsbury all purpose flour | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | cups | water | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | light sour cream | |
|
Coat 12 inch skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add pork chops; sprinkle with pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side until brown. In medium bowl, combine soup mix, flour, water and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Add to pork chops in skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in center. Remove pork chops from skillet. Add sour cream to mixture in skillet; mix well. Serve over pork chops.
